Transfer to Murchison Falls NP - via Gulu and birding late afternoon – Pakuba Safari Lodge with Pool  in Murchison NP or similar  – FB

Birding combined with Game Drive in Murchison Falls NP the morning, lunch break  at a Picnic Site,  Private Boat trip on River Nile to Murchison Falls  falls, which will give you plenty of bird sightings.The boat will stop, when you need it... Some special birds of Murchison: Northern carmine bee eater - Black collared barbet - Klaas's cuckoo - shoebill in the Delta Area – Pakuba Safari Lodge with Pool in Murchison NP or similar - FB

Day 8

Boat trip to the top birding destination, the Nile Delta at Lake Albert  in Murchison Falls NP the morning, lunch break  at a Picnic Site,  Private Boat trip on River Nile to the the other side, the Nile Delta at Lake Albert which will give you plenty of bird sightings.The boat will stop, when you need it… – Pakuba Safari Lodge with Pool  or similar- FB

Day 9

Transfer to Ziwa RHINO Sanctuary, which is a top birding destination as well –  Birding in form of a nature walk in the afternoon. Ziwa is known for: White crested turaco  - Blue naped mothbird - Blue turaco - several sorts of rollers  – Masindi Hotel – BB

early morning start to the amazig birding experience in the Royal Mile at Budongo Forest near Masindi. B irding in the 1 mile long Forest walk and out at the fields. Some of the special birds there: choclate backed kingfisher, pygmie kingfisher, Yellow footed flycatcher, illadopsis puveli, Hairly breasted barbet, Nathan's francolin, Dwarf kingfisher , White thighed hornbill...

Day 11

Full Day Birding Forest Walk in Semliki NP near the Congolese Border, late afternoon transfer to Kibale Forest. Semiki is the home of very special birds like Western nicator, a variety of greenbulls, a variety of rare hornbills, Lesser Kestrel, Fire crested alethe and a special monkey called Guereza colubus

Birding in Bigodi Wetlands - spot for example the Great Blue Turaco, the Blue Flycatcher, African emerald cuckoo, Green breasted pitta, Red throated bee eater and more –
Lunch at Tinka to get a local food experience with explanations about Uganda Food traditions, later in the afternoon birding aroiund the lodge, which is a very good place to spot birds – Chimpanzees Forest Lodge or similar in Kibale Forest NP –  FB

Day 13

Day Nature Birding Walk in Kibale Forest or optional Chimpanzee Tracking (+130$)- in the afternoon transfer to Ruwenzori Mountains  – Ruboni Community Camp - HB

Day 14

Day walk on the foot of Ruwenzori Mountains to spot the the rare Ruwenzori Turaco, late afternoon transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP – Your lodge In Queen Elizabeth NP will be overlooking a salt lake with lesser flamingos and other waterbirds in a short walking distance from the lodge – Munyanyange Caves Lodge - FB

Day 15

Birding or relax in the morning followed by one of the highlight attractions in Uganda, the Kazinga Channel boat cruise at 2pm.
among others you will spot: African fish eagle - African spoonbill - Madagascar bee eater - White backed pelicans...
Back to the lodge after  the boat trip a guided walk from the lodge to the flamingos at the lake close to the lodge will make your day complete before you enjoy the sunset from your veranda.

Transfer to Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth NP, it is close to the Congolese border and a real birding hot spot. Afternoon Birding Game Drive.

early morning birding Game drive after lunch break  transfer to Bwindi via a very scenic road – Broadbill Camp or similar in Ruhija FB

Day 18

Ruhija Sector of Bwindi NP. Home of the endemic African Green Broadbill. Day long  Nature Birding Walk.  You may expect: African green broadbill - Montane oriole - Blue turaco - Bocages's bush- shrike – Broadbill Camp or similar in Ruhija FB

Day 19

in the morning an additional nature birding walk  or optional Gorilla tracking (+630$) . Later in the afternoon transfer to Lake Bunyonyi along a scenic road  transfer time 2- 3 hours - if weather and view is nice an optional sundowner stop can be done at Arcadia Lodge overlooking the lake. Your Lodge Rock Resort is situated at a very nice fjord directly at the shores of the lake. The lake is very clean and safe for swimming.

Day 20

This morning our local guide will pick you up at the lodge for your Lake Bunyonyi boat trip and market visit (market only on Mondays and Fridays) – from 10am - 4 pm –  lunch:  picnic on an island with nice birds and a nice terrace -  you may spot pleenty of Crested Cranes, the national bird of Uganda and other species like sunbirds and weaver birds. Towards the evening the birding tower of the lodge is a good place to finalize the day.

Day 21

transfer to Lake Mburo  NP. Around Lake Mburo long horn cattle ,so called Ankole cattle, is raised. The National Park is a small but extraordinary beautiful park. The only one with Zebras on your trip. But as well  it is one of the top birding destinations of Uganda. you may spot: Striped kingfisher - Crested barbet - Bateleur Eagle - black headed Gonelek –  Hyena Hill Lake Mburo  or similar–  HB

Day 22

Morning Birding in the park, can optionally be arranged as walking safari in the park (+15$). Transfer to Entebbe via the Equator Memorial.
